Veloce is informal dining in an elegant and intimate setting located in Claremont Street, South Yarra. A fusion of Mediterranean and Argentinean flavours our menu is a culinary adventure worth taking. The perfect spot to tuck away and tuck in, Veloce is a breakfast snob’s delight with plenty of egg options to suit the most selective of appetites. Or for all-day dining, we are open seven days a week for lunch, dinner, drinks and anything in between.
What’s more, we’re adjacent to the Dutton automotive showroom where you can bask in the gleam of a $5 million car collection! So drop by—our guess is you won’t get all of that anywhere else!

Argentinean-born chef Pablo De Pasquale draws on his Italian and Argentinean heritage when preparing his menu. With over a decade’s experience in hospitality, Pablo has worked in fine dining restaurants across the globe, citing local fare as his inspiration to his ever-changing palate. With Mt Hotham’s The White Room 2010 on his impressive CV, Pablo aims to share his passion for family and food with his diners through quality local produce and multi-generational savoir-faire.
About Domenic Gentile…
Restaurateur Domenic Gentile has a longstanding hospitality career with a culinary education spanning three continents. Having traveled the world and worked in restaurants in Australia, Europe and the United States, he has seen the hospitality industry from all angles and has honed his own brand of customer experience as a result. Domenic opened his first restaurant at age 24 in Mt Hotham, followed by two other successful ventures, launching Snow Pony and re-launching the White Room. Veloce is his latest installment where a carefully assembled team provides exemplary service.
